Great stay with helpful staff.

i really enjoyed my stay at doubletree by hilton. the queen room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable. location-wise, it was close to everything we wanted to explore. i loved the shower, especially with the handheld option. the staff was friendly and made check-in simple.

They need to repair the ice makers. it was inconvenient to search three floors just for ice.

The indoor heated pool was perfect for family fun.

Housekeeping missed cleaning our room multiple times.

The hotel had a few redeeming qualities, the staff were very cordial and the location was quite convenient, close to shopping and dining. However, there were issues with cleanliness in the room and complaints about the breakfast not living up to expectations.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. The room felt fresh and cozy, and the indoor pool was a highlight for my son. he loved the cool lights in the water at night. The staff greeted us warmly and made check-in a breeze, even offering warm cookies, which was a nice touch. However, the parking situation was awkward. There were limited drink options available at the lobby store. I also noticed that the restaurant/bar area felt uninviting due to a lack of staff presence, making it hard to get service. Entering the bar area felt dark and deserted. The shower was great with hot water, but I had hoped for more amenities in the room like toiletries and towels. While we had a pleasant stay, there’s room for improvement.

The King Room felt very clean and had a cozy atmosphere that made relaxation easy. The beds were so comfy that waking up was a challenge! I also appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed for a restful night. Rooms were cozy, beds so comfy I didn't want to get up! Felt very clean and quiet.

Let me tell you about my breakfast experience, I walked in and received a warm welcome from the staff. They had this amazing potato casserole that was so good I went back for more! The beds were quite fluffy

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable.
